The undisputed granddaddy of Long Island brewing, Brooklyn Brewery was one of the first craft beer breweries to hit it big. Rather than resting on their laurels, the brewhouse has continued to innovate by bringing in James Beard award winners and other creatives that add a special spice to their creations.
